Ingredients
- 2 TB Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 TB brown sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 ½ lbs beef back ribs
- 2 TB olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning, brown sugar, and instant coffee.
- Use a paper towel to grip and remove the membrane from the back of the beef back ribs.
- Coat the ribs evenly on both sides with the olive oil.
- Press the dry seasoning mixture all over the oiled ribs.
- Let the seasoned ribs marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Cook in the air fryer at 375° for 15 minutes on each side.
- Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
